What’s iTop Portal 2?

iTop Portal 2 is an independent portal designed for your iTop Helpdesk application.

While iTop comes with its own built-in portal, iTop Portal 2 allows you to completely separate the helpdesk console from the end-user portal. This ensures better security, flexibility, and an improved user experience.

Unlike the default iTop portal, iTop Portal 2 is a fully standalone application that communicates with iTop exclusively through its web services (REST/SOAP API).

    • Node.js and Composer
    • A database (MySQL or MariaDB)
